Dom is responsible for the day to day management of the paypump group.
Dominique is an ICT veteran with more than 20 years’ experience in designing and delivering Business and Technology focussed solutions across a multitude of industries.
Chief Financial Officer
Heleon is responsible for the financial record-keeping and financial affairs of paypump across all of its global structures.
Heleon is a seasoned CFO with most of his career spent in the e-commerce and payments industry.
Chief Business Development Officer
Apart from Malcolm having the most contagiously positive personality, Malcolm engages and manages key and strategic paypump relationships.
Malcolm comes from an M&A background and holds a PHD in Law.

Richard is responsible for innovation, strategy and identifying and developing key use cases.
Richard is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years' experience in the global payments industry, and the founder of paypump.
Chief Legal Counsel
Roux is primarily responsible for legals and regulatory positioning of paypump solutions.
Roux is an attorney at law, and regarded as one of the most accomplished payment industry legal specialists in Africa.

Andre is an attorney at law who acted as a specialised payment industry advisor on regulatory and compliance related matters before joining paypump.

With over 15 years of experience in the ICT industry, Neville’s passion for technology and innovation drives his commitment to delivering exceptional results and advancing paypump's objectives.

Louise works alongside Heleon to ensure accurate financial record-keeping across the paypump global group structure.
With over 12 years of global experience as a qualified financial accountant, Louise understands the reliance of corporate decision-making on accurate information.
Chief Experience Officer
Dom is in charge of the group's user experience, branding and marketing.
He is a seasoned branding, digital marketing and web development expert that now focuses on user experience.
Deputy MLRO & Compliance Officer
Techa comes from a strong operations background in the paypump group, but recently moved to a compliance role where she fulfils the deputy MLRO position.
Techa recently enrolled for a degree in law with her sights set on a career in compliance.
Compliance Officer
Despite advising the board on macro security and risk related matters stemming from a career in loss control, Alf forms part of the compliance team in matters related to onboarding, file reviews and general compliance risk identification.
Alf is a well experienced security veteran, with international experience and exposure to the multi-faceted security and risk management disciplines.
Executive Assistant
More than 30 years Administrative / Secretarial experience of which 7 years were as Lead Administration on two large projects in South Africa prior to her current role at paypump.
